The exciting part of the trip is not only in the destination, but in the journey, so we will talk a little more about the route and all the beautiful landscapes that you can find on the trip.
To get to the Burrito refuge, you can take the Mediterranean highway (AP-7) until you get close to Torremolinos. In this part, you will find much vegetation travelling sides and it will be a fairly fast route.
The same route is joined with the A-7, to continue to the Puerto de la Torre, where you will have to take the AP-46. You can find some pretty houses, forests and a landscape that deserves to be photographed.
You will have to get to Villanueva de Cauche to take the Malaga Motorway (A-45), take the A-92 road, and take the A-7280 to reach the Refugio del Burrito. Throughout this trip you can make brief stops, as in the Antequera Paintball or in a supermarket to make purchases for the road.
We recommend you go at the established speed limits and have cash for the tolls. This trip can be slow and with good music, to enjoy the landscape and the trip.
